Objective
The TRUTH Anti-Tobacco campaign is a continuous effort to advertise the effects of tobacco use, and provide the public with tips and resources to help quit. On this project, the client wanted to develop a new print ad campaign for local publications in rural Utah.
Solution
The campaign focused on tobacco companies exploiting the lifestyle and hard work of rural Utahans. The ads were visually depicted as a person attempting to escape tobacco, being lead by tobacco and working for tobacco. The tobacco companies are represented by a generic pack of cigarettes with arms and legs. During the process, I concepted the creative direction, designed the ads, and hired and directed the illustrator.
